Welcome to Fenentra. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of fenentra.com and to every purchase you make through our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Fenentra is a trading name of Ross Commerces, registered in the Netherlands.

1. General

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, errors in product or pricing information, or stock issues; if we cancel your order, you always receive a full refund.

2. Products

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors can look different depending on your screen settings, and minor variations are no grounds for a defect claim. All product descriptions and prices are subject to correction of obvious errors.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). The total price, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed at the moment you place your order. We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The available options are also shown at checkout. See our Payment Methods page for details.

4. Orders and Delivery

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. Delivery takes place according to our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed dates.

5. Returns and Refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Fenentra or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information, including your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information").

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your state or country of residence.
